Centre Manager
Specific Purpose Contract / 36 hours per week

Job Purpose
The Centre Manager is responsible for the planning, development and implementation of high quality person-centered vocational training and rehabilitation programmes within their designated area. This is achieved through a combination of in-centre programmes, in-company training with local industry/enterprises and via distance learning.
What we're looking for:
- A degree or equivalent in management/business and/or training/ education discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ management experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
- Experience of working in a quality focused training environment.
- Experience in managing, leading and developing a team – strong people management skills are essential.
Your Responsibilities
- Excellent knowledge of Planning, Forecasting and Decision Support activities.
- Competence to support, develop and motivate a large team.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- A comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Project/Management/ Tendering/QQI processes essential.
- High standard of accuracy and precision with excellent organisational skills.
Closing Date: April 14th, 2026
Salary starting from point 1 €55,633.07 to point 5 €63, 063.98 (pro rata) depending on experience and qualification.
