Employee Relations Associate

Location: Park West Business Park, Dublin 12

Contract: Permanent, full‑time (39 hours per week)

Salary €41,975

 

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering the Employee Relations agenda across Rehab Group. As an Employee Relations Associate, you will work in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment, providing expert advice, guidance and support to managers and stakeholders. You will help build positive employee relations, ensure compliance with legislation, and contribute to a fair, consistent and people‑focused workplace culture.

 

This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives on variety, enjoys solving complex people issues, and wants to make a meaningful impact in a values‑led organisation.

 

What You’ll Bring

Essential Qualifications

  • Third‑level qualification in HR or Business (NFQ Level 8 or equivalent)
  • CIPD qualified (Member or equivalent)

Experience & Expertise

  • Minimum 2 years’ Employee Relations experience in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment
  • Strong, up‑to‑date knowledge of Irish and EU employment legislation
  • Proven experience in industrial relations, negotiation, conflict resolution and mediation
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices, including performance management and employee engagement

  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capability
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and advise at all levels
