Salary: €54,135 
Location: National | Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced Compliments & Complaints Officer to lead and strengthen how feedback is received, managed and used to improve services across the organisation.

The role

This is a national role reporting to the Head of Quality and Practice Development, with responsibility for:

  • Leading Rehab Group’s compliments and complaints framework
  • Managing the complaints database, reporting and learning processes
  • Supporting staff and managers in effective, person‑centred complaint handling
  • Developing and delivering values‑driven training
  • Reporting to senior leadership, the Board and external funders

The role plays a key part in promoting a positive culture where feedback is welcomed and used to drive meaningful service improvement.

About you

You will have:

  • A third‑level qualification in health, social care or a related discipline
  • Proven experience managing complaints processes or systems
  • Strong communication, analytical and report‑writing skills
  • Confidence supporting staff, families and service users
  • Experience in regulated or social care environments (desirable)
