Operations Supervisor
Permanent, Full-Time / 39 hours per week

Job Purpose
Responsible for supporting the daily work direction of running an operational unit within Rehab Enterprises, leading and motivating staff to achieve key organisational objectives by delivering on customer requirements in a safe and efficient manner, whilst promoting a positive working environment. As a key member of a small team, an Operations Supervisor often holds a working lead role, balancing administrative oversight with hands-on involvement in work activities.
What we're looking for:
- Supervisory experience working in a production environment or working with people with disabilities/accommodation is desirable, but not essential.
- Experienced in the use of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Forklift driving experience would be an advantage.
- Previous experience working in a commercial / manufacturing environment, providing a quality focused product or service.
- Previous Supervisor experience would be an advantage, but not essential.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve production targets.
- Support staff with accommodation and support needs to fully participate in work.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality standards, and operational controls.
- Operate equipment and provide hands-on technical support.
- Maintain production-floor quality checks, traceability and housekeeping standards.
- Coordinate daily workflow and support operational planning.
Closing Date: April 14th, 2026
Salary starting from point 1 €36,000.00 to point 5 €39,000.00, depending on experience and qualification.
