Regional Manager – RehabCare

What You'll Be Doing

Lead and Inspire

• Lead and mentor a team of Service Managers across a diverse regional service portfolio.

• Create a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Develop future leaders and build high-performing teams.

Drive Strategic Impact

• Lead the development and growth of services that respond to the evolving needs of people with disabilities.

• Deliver strategic projects that support organisational priorities and long-term sustainability.

• Identify opportunities for service expansion, innovation and enhanced outcomes.

Deliver Excellence

• Ensure services consistently meet and exceed regulatory, quality and safeguarding standards.

• Drive operational performance, service quality and continuous improvement.

• Manage resources effectively to deliver sustainable, high-quality services.

Build Influential Partnerships

• Represent RehabCare across regional and national stakeholder networks.

• Develop strong relationships with funders, regulators and community partners.

• Support the negotiation and management of Service Level Agreements and future service opportunities.

About You

• Significant leadership experience within health, social care, disability, community, voluntary or related sectors.

• Proven success managing complex services, budgets and multi-site teams.

• Experience delivering strategic initiatives and organisational change.

• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

• The confidence to make decisions, influence others and drive results.

• A relevant third-level qualification (Master's qualification desirable).

Experience within disability services, healthcare, social care or the not-for-profit sector would be highly advantageous.
