Caitriona Lennon is a psychologist with a passion for health psychology, neuroaffirmative practices, and trauma-informed approaches. With 15 years of experience in education and psychology, Caitriona specializes in applying a holistic, biopsychosocial approach to mental health and learning. Her expertise spans mindfulness, behaviour change strategies, and the psychology of learning empowering individuals to thrive academically, emotionally, and socially.

Caitriona believes in creating safe, supportive, and inclusive environments that foster growth and empowerment. She collaborates with learners to solve problems, offering them a voice and choice in their wellbeing and learning. This practice supports resilience and growth, helping individuals lead fulfilling and purposeful lives.

A strong advocate for an inclusive and trauma informed education for all, Caitriona promotes environments and practices that value and accommodate the diverse ways adults think, learn, and process information. She supports learners in reducing their barriers to learning and ensures that everyone receives tailored support that leverages their unique strengths and promotes equity. Caitriona values the diverse opportunities to engage in a variety of different therapeutic approaches to her workensuring students reach their full potential.

A strong advocate forlifelong learning, Caitriona thrives on tackling complex challenges and working with multidisciplinary teams. Outside of work, Caitriona enjoys yoga, meditation, reading, and immersing herself in nature. These activities foster balance and compassion, deepening her ability to support and connect with others.
