    A recruiter will review your application and let you know you're successful for Interview. You will be invited to interview by our coordination team to attend an Interview online or in-person

    Pre-employment checks such as Garda Vetting, references, and documentation submission, once completed we can issue you with a start date to join the Rehab Group.

What documents do I need to submit with my application?

You may need to provide:

  • An up-to-date CV.

  • A cover letter (optional).

  • Copies of qualifications or certifications (if required).

What qualifications are required for Care Worker roles?

Candidates must have a QQI Level 5 in Health & Social Care or an equivalent healthcare-related qualification. Additionally, a minimum of two years’ experience working with people with disabilities is typically required.

What is the recruitment process like?

The process usually includes the following steps:

  • Application review.

  • Shortlisting of candidates.

  • Interviews (online or in-person).

  • Pre-employment checks such as Garda Vetting, references, and documentation submission

How long does the recruitment process take?

The process can take between 4-5 weeks. For other roles, timelines may vary depending on vetting and documentation.
