Dorota Kubiczek

​Students who join my class have different backgrounds, experience, nationalities and believes. They are in different moments in their life and they have different goals to achieve. The age range in my group is between 17 and 62 years old and everyone works well together, they help, and care for each other. It is very rewarding to see how people grow and achieve their goals in such diverse group.

My favourite part of this job is projects. We have great opportunity here to create here whatever we like. All my students get involved and we all work as a team. Every student adds something personal to it and they can try new things, discover talents or find a new hobby. We had great projects like Plant the plant, Christmas Grotto, Halloween make up, Rose garden, Room decorations, Candles, Chalk Landscape, Canvas projects, Photo frame day, Nails art and much more (please see NLN’s social media). In the same time all ETB modules and ICDL is done almost unnoticed and effortlessly. Students want to come to the centre as they feel important here and they are achieving things every day. Some students are actually surprised how much they have done when we are doing monthly meetings.
