Administrator & Transport Coordinator
Permanent Contract, 39 hours
Ballyfermot, Co Dublin
Job Purpose
The role is responsible for co-ordinating all aspects of Administration for Rehab Enterprises sites (currently Tallaght & Ballyfermot, subject to change). The key tasks associated with this role will include responsibility for daily planning and efficient allocation of work to vehicles/routes. Supporting the Business Manager to successfully manage the business by ensuring all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner. Administrative tasks may include but are not limited to maintaining customer contracts, SLA’s, keeping accurate leave and absence records, scheduling maintenance and record keeping.
The role holder will be responsible for administering sales activities, co-ordinating deliveries, customer service and assisting with implementation and effective operation of internal controls. Additional tasks will involve the maintenance of a good quality filing system and general administration.
What we’re looking for:
* Good level of general education
* Certification in MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel
* Relevant experience within a similar administration role.
* Experience of working in a busy sales environment, preferably in a logistics environment.
Your Responsibilities
* Daily planning and allocation of work to fleet.
* Proactively monitor vehicles to ensure planned schedules are adhered to while working in conjunction with account manager to monitor service levels.
* Assist Fleet Manager to ensure legal compliance with tachograph legislation, waste collection legislation, health & safety legislation, group policies and any other relevant legislation.
* Compile data and report as required.
* Co-ordinate the set up and administration of new customers including, data entry, SLA’s and scheduling, to include liaising with sub-contractors where appropriate. Ensure that the frequency, service type, shred type, is set up to relevant ISO quality standards, whilst maximizing the potential value from each new and existing customer.
