Credit Controller

Permanent, 39 hours,

 

Location:

10D Beckett Way, Park West Business Park, Dublin 12
Hybrid Model

 

Job Purpose:

Responsibility for day to day credit and collection activities for Rehab Care and Rehab Group- Learning Division, achieving individual and group monthly collection target and at the same time maintaining a clean aged receivables profile.

 

Minimum Education & Experience required:

  • Educated to certificate / diploma level is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good numeracy and analytical skills

 
 

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • A comprehensive support to the finance department.
  • Lead the preparation of sales invoices within the Finance Operation to ensure they are processed within service level agreements.
  • Manage day-to-day credit, collections and query resolution on customer accounts in a timely manner in order to support accurate, effective and timely monthly management accounts.
  • Reconcile customer accounts to ensure clean aged debt reports and the preparation of bank reconciliations.

 

Additional requirements

 

  • As part of our recruitment process, if applicable, candidates will be required to provide a Police certificate from the countries they have resided prior coming to Ireland.
