Your Role
Responsibility for the credit control function of the company Rehab Enterprises Ltd. Key areas of responsibility include the preparation, processing & allocation of all income receipts, resolving queries with and collection of all overdue accounts customer
accounts, bank reconciliations and to ensure procedures for Credit Control are implemented, followed & updated as required.
Key duties include:
Completion of all operational aspects of the credit control function for Rehab Enterprises
The implementation, effective operation and updating where necessary of internal financial systems and controls for credit control.
Preparation, processing, inputting and allocation of all cash receipts and filing appropriately of back up documentation.
Investigate and resolve all sales ledger queries. Preparation and posting of necessary journal adjustments following approval.
Activating new customer accounts on operating and finance system with appropriate credit limits following completion of appropriate credit checks.
Bank postings and completion of bank reconciliations.
Preparation, circulation and follow up of monthly customer statements.
Provide ad-hoc assistance and reports to finance and management team.
To undertake any reasonable duties and responsibilities following ongoing structural review of Finance Team of entity. What Makes This Role Special?

Who We’re Looking For:
Educated to certificate / diploma level (preference for Credit Control qualification) is desirable.
Minimum of 5 years credit control experience within a similar operational finance role.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Good numeracy and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and commitment to excellence.
