Driver/Customer Relations
Permanent Contract, 39 hours
Ballyfermot, Co Dublin
Job Purpose
To carry out the efficient and safe collection and delivery of all recyclable materials to and from customer sites and the Rehab Recycle facilities, whilst providing an excellent service to our customers.
Duties will include, driving, planning and co-ordination, liaising with customers, record keeping and routine safety checks.
What we’re looking for:
* Full clean C driving licence
* CPC Certification.
* Hold a digital tachograph card
* IT-literate and able to input data onto computer system.
* Able to manage records, both on-line and paper-based
* Able to interact with customers and provide excellent customer service
* An awareness of the application of Health & Safety procedures.
Your Responsibilities
* Plan driving routes to maximize efficiency, whilst ensuring customers are serviced to set schedules
* Drive your vehicle to the highest possible standard and complete daily safety checks to promote safety and protect other road users.
* Maintain accurate records of all collections and deliveries through the use of hand held digital technology and the input of records on the computer system.
* Supervise helpers to maximize efficiency whilst promoting a healthy, positive and safe working environment.
