Position: Employee Engagement and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) Officer
Permanent Contract, 24 hours per week
Location: Parkwest Business Park, Dublin 12
Hybrid working model - 3 days per week, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. 2 days at home, 1 day in the office (Wednesdays mandatory day in office).
Salary: €30,000 depending on experience and qualification.
Interview dates:
First round: 8th and 9th January 2026
Second round: 16th January 2026
About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and creative Employee Engagement and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) Officer to join our People & Culture team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing and delivering strategies that engage employees and embed DEIB values across Rehab Group in Ireland, Scotland, and Poland.
The successful candidate will act as a central point of contact for employee engagement and communications, while championing initiatives that foster belonging, fairness, and inclusion for all.
What We’re Looking For:
* Degree-level education, ideally with a focus on internal communications.
* Postgraduate qualification in Diversity & Inclusion (desirable).
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in internal communications within a large, diverse organisation.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences at all levels.
* Proficiency in SharePoint and design tools (Canva, Stripo).
* A strong personal commitment to advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.

Your Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement employee engagement strategies that motivate and connect our workforce.
* Lead on the design, delivery, and monitoring of Rehab Group’s DEIB strategy.
* Manage and update our intranet and SharePoint sites with engaging content.
* Support and guide Employee Resource Groups to achieve their goals.
* Partner with Talent Acquisition to enhance inclusive recruitment and retention practices.
* Collaborate with Learning & Development to deliver DEIB focused training, awareness campaigns, and events.
* Lead on DEIB related reporting, including surveys, the annual report, and the Gender Pay Report.
* Act as the voice of employee communications within the People & Culture function.
