Job Purpose

What we’re looking for:

*         Full Clean Drivers Licence

*         Working as part of a team in a busy production environment

*         Be able to take direction and also work on own imitative

*         Be capable of maintaining  high levels of quality control

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Produce and dispatch products to defined specifications, whist meeting daily production targets, to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work with the supervisor and other members of the team to identify and implement work practices that will improve both the efficiency and quality of the work produced
  • Adhere to safe working practices and contribute to the creation and maintenance of a healthy and safe working environment, ensuring PPE is worn in order to comply with the Health & Safety practices at the plant.
  • Participate in staff training and development activities to improve present and future performance.  To represent the Enterprises division and the Rehab Recycle in the most professional manner at all times. Adhere to the Code of Good Employment Practice and the Rehab ethos
