Human Resources Generalist
Permanent Contract, 39 hours
Parkwest business park, Dublin 12 (Hybrid Model)
Job Purpose
The HR Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with the HR Manager and People & Culture Team in supporting a designated geographic region, in a defined business and assisting with HR activities.
What we’re looking for:
HR/Business third level qualification (NFQ7), or Diploma Human Resources Management/Business related discipline or equivalent.
CIPD certification is an advantage.
Full, clean driving license with 2 years’ experience is essential.
Minimum 3-4 years HR Generalist experience gained within a multisite and fast paced environment with a strong foundation in all areas of HR.
Your Responsibilities
Proactively coordinate and support the delivery of HR processes and programmes within a defined business area, e.g. workforce planning, performance management, coaching, talent management, absence management, enhancing the employee lifecycle and in turn, the organisation’s effectiveness.
Assist with the administration and implementation of HR company policies and procedures and be proficient in relation to answering queries for various HR related matters and provide support to Managers and employees as required.
Provide effective management support in developing and maintaining an effective and compliant HR administrative service.
Coordinate and as directed assist with formal investigations, under the terms of the Discipline, Grievance, Dignity in the Workplace, Trust in Care and other relevant Company Policies & Procedures ensuring at all times to follow company policy and steps relating to policy.
