Job Title: Payroll Administrator
Contract, 39 hours per week
Location: Parkwest business park, Dublin 12.
(Hybrid working available)
About the Role:
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the Payroll Administrator supports the Payroll Manager and the team in the provision of an effective payroll service to internal customers within the various divisions and companies of the Rehab Group, as part of the overall team.

What We’re Looking For:
* Relevant Irish Payroll Association (IPASS) qualification or working towards qualification (desirable)
* Rehab will provide training
* Experience in a related finance/mathematical role would be desirable or recent graduates who wish to work in this field.
* Experience of CORE Pay or equivalent payroll processing software would be an advantage.
Your Responsibilities:
* Reviewing/Processing ALL payroll forms from HR/Managers accurately and on time (These forms include New hires/Re-hires, Leavers & Employee Record Amendment Forms)
* Manually correcting Employee Payroll Records when applicable
* Approving Weekly/Monthly Timesheets accurately and on time
* Generate & Upload External timesheet files and upload to payroll system
* Download Tax Credit amendments from ROS on a weekly/monthly basis and apply to payroll system.
* Ensure ESS (Employee Self Service) pay slips are available as required each week/month
* Print and Ensure timely delivery of all employee pays lips as required each week/month
* Reviewing and Responding to ALL Employee/Management/Other queries in a timely manner
If applicable, candidates will need to provide a police certificate for any country they've lived in before moving to Ireland
