Sales Account Manager (Enterprises)
Permanent Contract, 39 hours
Munster/Cork,
Job Purpose
The post holder will be the primary contact between the company and its customers and or potential customers and is responsible for managing the relationships between the Company and its customers and or potential customers. The post holder will develop leads and prospects in order to achieve agreed sales targets and assist the Company to deliver on its core objectives as an employer and to remain sustainable as a commercial enterprise.
Duties will include interacting with existing and potential customers to sell our full range of services, record management and assisting with relevant marketing activities.
What we’re looking for:
* Qualification in Management (NFQ06) and/or degree in related discipline (NFQ07) would be required, Proficient in MS Word, Power point, Excel
* 2 years’ sales experience in a people focused commercial / manufacturing environment, managing and achieving agreed sales targets
* Experience in confidential shredding or recycling is advantageous but not essential
* The ability to develop positive partnerships, both internally and externally
* Basic knowledge of the Recycling and or IT Asset Disposition sector.
Your Responsibilities
Interact with potential and existing customers* ensuring that the operation delivers/exceeds budgeted financial expectations and agreed key performance indicators on an annual basis. Travelling as required to meet the needs of the customer and the Company.
Develop and maintain customer records* ensuring that the Customer Relationship Management System is maintained and contains accurate and up to date contact and interaction information.
Assist in the preparation of annual sales budgets* that are ambitious yet achievable, that allow the unit to deliver on its core objectives as an employer and to remain sustainable as a commercial enterprise.
