Team Leader (Residential Service)- Ref: 5154
Dundalk Supported Accommodation
Dundalk, Co Louth
Specific Purpose Part-Time (20 Hours) Contract
About the Role:
The Team Leader will assist the Residential Services Manager in the delivery of a quality client focused in a supported accommodation. They will have a role in the management and planning of the service, supporting clients with disabilities in a person centred residenital service. Implementing and ensuring HIQA regulations and RehabCare standards while overseeing the delivery of a quality, customer focused service.
What we’re looking for:
- A third level graduate, Health & Social Care or equivalent as outlined in the list of qualifications that are recognised or Nursing Qualification (General, Psych and / or RMHN
- Participate in RehabCare training programme in line with HIQA regulations
- Experience of working with individuals with Intellectual Disability.
- Experience in the provision of community and service based programmes and activities to promote independence and meet the needs, choices and abilities of clients.
Your Responsibilities
- To manage the day to day delivery of a truly person centred service for all clients .
- To liaise with families, multidisciplinary teams and other personnel to ensure the best quality of service with the clients as directed by community services manager
- To document information and complete paperwork as deemed necessary for delivery of service to the clients
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational, logistical and IT skills
Closing Date: Monday 23rd June 2025
Salary starting from point 1 €21.89 per hour to point 5 €24.11 per hour, is subject to negotiation depending on experience and qualification.
