Job Purpose
The Project Executive will be an experienced resource within the Aspect Team, supporting the enhancement & development of the service and ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulations. The post holder will be responsible for project management and for the client applications to exit process A key part of the role will include auditing and evaluation of existing service/supports and identifying solutions to both internal and external audit findings.
The post holder will be a key member of the Aspect Team and will report to the Aspect Manager The post holder will work closely with all members of the Aspect Management & MDT team
Minimum Education & Skills required
§ A third level graduate in Health & Social Care, Education and Training or related discipline
§ At least 3 years’ experience in similar roles with a proven track record of effective service development, project management and regulatory compliance in services.
§ Strategic networker with positive relationship management and interpersonal skills
§ Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills to bring about change.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
* Support Aspect to prepare for registration and inspection in respect of relevant statutory standards and regulations, in order to ensure full compliance and a consistent approach for all audits
* To actively lead and coordinate key projects from start to completions in relation to business activity, as determined by the Aspect management team to ensure full compliance with national standards, regulations & accreditation.
* Support the Operations Team in the analysis of trends arising out of both internal and external inspections, working to develop solutions in order to address gaps in internal processes and gaps within practice in services
