Job Title: Head of Transformation

12 month fixed term Contract, 39 hours per week

Location: Flexible within Ireland

 

About the Role: 

 

Reporting to the Director of Learning, the Head of Transformation will bring together a project team with the requisite capabilities to work with the Learning leadership team to transform National Learning Network’s delivery model. They will effectively manage the transformation programme for National Learning Network on a day-to-day basis.

What we’re looking For: 

 

  • Masters level education or other relevant area.

  • At least 10 years’ experience in a senior management role.

  • Experience in leading on strategic projects with a proven track record of delivering critical business outcomes.

  • Experience of leading and working in the education sector.

  • Experience leading and delivering strategic change programmes in organisations of a similar size and complexity.

 

You’re Responsibilities: 

  • Working with the National Learning Network senior management team to design, plan and deliver strategic transformation initiatives across the division within agreed timeframes.  Key focus will be on designing transformative delivery models and ways of working which maximise resources, reduce costs and improve efficiencies.

  • Implementing National learning Network’s strategic projects against planned milestones promptly without any adverse impact on service delivery during implementation.

  • Developing and maintaining key strategic relationships with all key stakeholders both internally and externally and internally

  • Delivering full analysis of service impact, employee impact, risk analysis & financial impact of strategic projects as part of each project business case to support each project initiative in obtaining approval by the Group’s Board and/or Finance Committee.

 

Additional Requirements: 

The role is national, and the successful candidate will be required to travel as required across the span of National Learning Network services. I

 

If applicable, candidates will need to provide a police certificate for any country they've lived in before moving to Ireland
