Rehab Group is looking for a dynamic, people‑centred Recruiter to join our team of ten and help us attract and hire exceptional talent across our nationwide services. If you love high‑volume hiring, engaging with communities, and bringing an organisation’s employer brand to life — this is your role.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Recuiter at Rehab, you’ll become a trusted partner to hiring managers and a brand ambassador for our organisation.

You will:

• Lead high‑volume recruitment across multiple business areas, ensuring timely hiring for critical frontline and professional roles.
• Coordinate and represent Rehab Group at open days, careers fairs, community events, and recruitment campaigns, helping us meet people where they are.
• Build and nurture strong talent pools, using digital sourcing, social platforms, community partnerships, and proactive engagement.
• Support the delivery of our Talent Acquisition strategy — turning plans into action
• Champion our employer brand, bringing visibility to the important work we do and sharing stories that attract mission‑driven talent.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to guide them through recruitment processes and help them make confident, informed hiring decisions.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, from first contact to Day One.
