Regional Manager National Learning network
East (Location flexible),
39 hour per week
Role Purpose
Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Regional Manager will have responsibility for the operation of National Learning Network (NLN) services on a regional basis, ensuring the provision of high-quality and exceptional services, consistent with the educational and regulatory standards. They will lead the NLN operations team within their region, in contributing to the NLN purpose; to provide a range of innovative support services for people with disabilities.
What we’re looking for:
* At least 3 years’ experience in a regional management role.
* A third level qualification, education, training, inclusion or healthcare or other relevant areas. Masters level education is desirable.
* Experience in leading out on operational projects of scale with a proven track record of delivering business outcomes.
* Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate a large workforce towards the achievement of desired outcomes.
Your Responsibilities
* Delivering sustainable education and training services to agreed budget. Managing resources in an efficient and effective way, always ensuring that services are provided within budget and through the most cost-effective methods.
* Driving the development and implementation of the annual business planning process for their region.
* Reviewing and monitoring a range of Key performance Indicators (KPIs), and utilising all relevant data to maximise the region’s performance. This includes ensuring funder agreed Outcomes and Impact Measures are achieved.
Strategic planning and development of additional new services. Actively engaging with the Head of Operations & Head of Service Design & Programme Development regarding operational matters, new service developments and agreed strategic projects that align to the Group’s 5 year Strategy, ‘Delivering our Future’.*
